We are pleased to introduce our high-quality Eddy Current System Machinery, available for loading from Switzerland. This advanced machinery is meticulously designed for large volume handling, specifically catering to power stations. Featuring an eccentrically mounted magnetic drum, it significantly enhances performance, making it an ideal choice for heavy-duty applications.

The machinery operates on a high pole frequency rotor with 104 pole shifts, ensuring efficient separation. Equipped with Neodymium BM52 grade magnets, it offers a generous working width of 1900mm and a conveyor length of 4m, providing ample space for processing substantial volumes of material.

Constructed with durability in mind, the unit includes a PU belt and a comprehensive control cabinet. Both the machinery and the drum magnet are thermally sprayed and powder-coated with RAL5015, enhancing their longevity. Additionally, the bearing temperature readout is displayed for continuous monitoring and optimal operation.

Designed for ease of installation, the machinery features a high pole frequency drum magnet with an eccentric design. All components are positioned at the right heights and distances, and the frame includes lifting points for swift installation and precise positioning.

The drum magnet on the frame has a diameter of 300mm and a working width of 1900mm, incorporating Neodymium BM35 grade magnets. Built on a modular frame, it is designed for placement in front of the ECS. The frame is also thermally sprayed and powder-coated, with manganese wear parts for enhanced longevity.

The Eddy Current ECC BM 104 X separating unit includes special equipment, such as an electronically adjustable separating shield, allowing for fine adjustments of the separating plate to maximize separation accuracy. The unit is thermally sprayed and powder-coated and features steel transport crane eyes for safe handling. This special equipment is valued at €15,000.
