Specialty Metals Company, LLC is a prominent Scrap Metal recycling company of Automobile Shredder Residue located in Englewood, Colorado, USA. We operate a mega shredder that produced over 300 TPH of mill ready steel shred, Zorba and Zurik. We have a significant amount of nonferrous metal scrap remaining in the ASR after processing. This makes us to put further efforts to develop a process to capture, recover, and liberate the remaining valuable metals.

Currently we sell Copper Chops, Heavies Copper Scrap, Aluminium Zurik, Aluminium Zorba, Aluminium Chop as well as other mixed metals. We also processes all grades of Insulated Copper Wire including shredder or sensor wire from an automobile shredder’s nonferrous downstream. We looks to expand our current plant to increase the capacity by dedicating a processing center for insulated copper wire. This helps us to handle materials that will include sensor wire, lower grade insulated copper wire, and wire products containing iron, stainless steel, and other contaminates.
