Hanz Co. specializes in trading Aluminum Copper scrap, and we are actively seeking reliable suppliers from the Middle East to meet our specific material requirements. Currently, we are looking to purchase 500 tons of Aluminum Can Scrap and 250 tons of Crushed Aluminum Wheels on an EXW (Exwork) delivery basis. Our team is dedicated to sourcing only the highest-quality scrap materials for recycling and reuse. Once we receive your initial inquiry, we require potential suppliers to submit specific documents to proceed with the transaction. These documents include a Business License, which helps verify the legitimacy of your company; a Certificate of Incorporation, confirming the legal establishment of your business; and a Bank Account Certificate, ensuring a secure and transparent payment process. Submitting these documents allows us to evaluate the credibility of your business and ensures we are complying with legal requirements and industry standards before proceeding further.

After reviewing the required documentation, we will arrange a pre-transaction inspection of the scrap materials. This step ensures that the materials meet the quality standards outlined in our agreement. We believe that a pre-inspection builds trust and transparency between both parties, helping to avoid any issues after the transaction begins. Suppliers are expected to cooperate with the inspection process, allowing us to verify that the material quality matches the specifications provided.

Once the inspection is successfully completed, we will proceed to negotiate the final terms of the agreement. This includes price, costs, and delivery terms, which will be mutually agreed upon. We prefer L/C (Letter of Credit) payment terms at sight for the first month, ensuring financial security for both parties. Shipping terms will be discussed under EXW (Ex-Works), where the responsibility for delivery will fall on the buyer once the goods are made available for pickup at your facility. After these terms are finalized, we will prepare and sign a formal contract, confirming all agreed-upon conditions.

Following the successful completion of the transaction, we aim to establish a long-term partnership with our suppliers.
