GloEmpact LLC is a scrap recycling company based in Richmond, Texas, established in 2023. We focus on tire scrap recycling and supply scrap tire bales, shredded tires, and truck tire sidewalls to both domestic and international markets. With attention to sustainability, consistent product quality, and cost-efficient logistics, we support businesses across the Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. We also source materials from North America to maintain regular production.

We operate two 150-ton truck tire balers and a fully automated tire processing machine to ensure a steady and uniform output. For shredded tire exports, we use a 40-foot tilter and an accu-loader to handle high-volume loading efficiently. In addition to exports, we supply truck tire sidewalls to the Houston market, where they are commonly used in silage covers and construction applications. Our in-house heavy truck transport unit allows us to manage logistics and offer competitive FOB (Free on Board) rates from the Port of Houston, TX.

Our products meet standard specifications for the industry. Scrap tire bales range from 900 to 1200 kilograms per bale and are suited for bulk handling. Shredded tires (Stage 1) are produced in sizes from 125 to 177 millimeters for industrial use. We also supply truck tire sidewalls with applications in agriculture and infrastructure. With a monthly production capacity of 1,200 metric tons of bales and 2,000 metric tons of shredded tires, we can meet the needs of bulk buyers. We ship primarily under FOB (Free on Board) terms, but also offer EXW (Ex Works) shipping if requested.

We handle transportation with our own fleet to help reduce delays and manage costs. Our services are available to clients globally, and we work with different payment methods, including L/C (Letter of Credit) and T/T (Telegraphic Transfer). We are flexible in terms of pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications to meet different operational needs.

We follow quality control processes to ensure that materials meet the expected standards. Each batch is inspected for consistency and suitability. Our team maintains clear communication and provides assistance throughout the transaction process.
