Founded in 1972, CORTIZO is the biggest Spanish extrusion company and one of the biggest players in the european market. We are the principal manufacturer and distributor of industrial aluminium profiles in Spain and European leader with an annual aluminium profile production of 55.000 tonnes in the last year. Present in 31 countries and actually immersed in an ambitious process of internationalisation, CORTIZO has reached a turnover figure in the last financial year of 338 million Euros.

CORTIZO puts at their clients’ disposal the know-how which has been acquired over 40 years in the industry. With a production capacity of 90,500 metric tonnes and 26,000 hours per year dedicated to R & D, Cortizo has placed itself at the forefront in specífic solutions in aluminium for industry.

Proof of this can be found with their more than 31,000 dies, different in design for sectors such as automobile, transport, railroad, aeronautical, naval, wind energy, photovoltaic, military, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, signposts, illumination, air conditioning, interiors, ephermal architecture, furniture or the signage industries.

Recently, we are here looking for genuine aluminium scrap suppliers. Among our different departments, we also have foundry plants, which produce part of the billets that we consume monthly. We are looking for new long term suppliers for our scrap conversion units.
