We have immediate requirement of Used rail and HMS1/2 Scrap in 30,000MT Quantity (Min : 12 Months) on a regular basis. We are importing these scrap only from Russia. Seller allow for buyer side, overprice is Seller 50% and Buyer side 50%. The seller must guarantee for no upfront fees such as title transfer fees, Ministry of energy fees, any fees, any charge and any deposit fees, any Banking charges and Remit charge for Commission, Notarial fees or Registration fees for any contract documents also the clearance certificate deposit fees require to Seller's Mandate and Buyers side(Seller bears all costs).
