Located in Mierlo, Netherlands, VanBuVé Plastic Recycling stands for professional processing of waste plastics / plastic waste into raw material. Besides selling VanBuVé rest parties (re) granulate and regrind. We only process thermoplastics(No film material).
VanBuvé Plastic Recycling processes plastic waste scrap such as production waste, start-up series, unmarketable parties and misproducties until homogeneous regrind. This is directly usable as a raw material for the extrusion. The collection of pure plastic waste is s important for the quality of the grinding material. Because of this property to separate at the source, it can be optimally processed. Materials are carefully monitored after entry. If possible, the material is sorted by color. In this manner, the raw material is re-used in the production process and thus the environment is thus considerably less loaded.
The main scrap materials we are dealing are: plastic scraps including PMMA cut off scrap and regrind , PC cut off scrap, Pet G cut off scrap, hard foam PVC cut off scrap, and other plastic scraps. All our scraps are highly inspected by our inspection team and then shipped to the destination port.
Besides the production of regrind for sales, purchasing remnants (re) granulate and regrind, VanBuVé delivers on demand also compounds and regranulates. To ensure good quality, we recycle the plastic waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
