Buying a Large Quantity of Metal Scrap Monthly to Istanbul Port : Buy Offer
Hot Offer
Details:
Stavros Trading Company is seeking a reliable supplier for a large quantity of scrap metal on a monthly basis. We are interested in used railway tracks (R50-R65), rail axles, and HMS 1 scrap. The destination port for the scrap metal is Istanbul, Turkey. We are flexible on shipping terms, including Freight on Board (FOB) or Cost, Insurance, and Freight (CIF), and payment terms such as a Letter of Credit (LC) or a Telegraphic Transfer (TT).
To ensure a smooth transaction, we require a competitive CIF price per ton from potential suppliers. Inspections can be conducted by a reputable third-party international agency at the seller's expense prior to loading at the origin port. Before any advance payment is issued, we require irrefutable proof of export capabilities, such as SGS reports. Our ideal supplier will be open to the following steps:
• Submitting a Full Commercial Offer (FCO) that includes conditions for a Buyer's yard visit for inspection and a Top Table Meeting (TTM) after a conditional Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) and Non-Disclosure and Confidentiality Agreements (NDNCAs) are agreed upon by all partners involved.
• Allowing us to visit and inspect the scrap metal at their yard.
• Participating in a TTM to finalize all aspects before shipment.
• Providing all necessary documents before signing the final SPA.
