Regenplastics Pvt Ltd is a leading plastic recycling company based in Hyderabad, India. Established in 2023, our company specializes in producing high-quality recycled PPCP granules. These milky white or natural-colored granules are perfect for injection molding applications in industries like packaging, pails, lubricants, and various other industrial uses. We have developed a strong processing capability with a monthly output of 1,000 metric tons, contributing to the growing need for sustainable, high-quality recycled materials in the global market.
At Regenplastics Pvt Ltd, we are committed to providing recycled PPCP granules that meet specific industry standards. Our products are produced with the highest quality control measures in place, ensuring that each batch of granules meets the desired specifications. These include a Melt Flow Index (MFI) between 8-15 g/10min at 230°C with a 2.16 kg load, as well as an Izod Impact Strength of 90+ J/m. Currently, we are focused on sourcing recycled PPCP granules or flakes that align with the above specifications. We are looking to import quantities ranging from 100MT to 1000MT, which will be processed into high-quality products for various industries. The granules should comply with international standards, including certifications such as REACH, RoHS, EuCertPlast, and FDA (if applicable). We are interested in working with reliable suppliers from all regions, with deliveries to Mundra Port, India.
To facilitate a smooth procurement process, we ask that potential suppliers provide detailed information about their products. This includes a Technical Data Sheet (TDS) with physical and mechanical properties, certification documents proving compliance with REACH, RoHS, FDA, and EuCertPlast standards, as well as pricing and minimum order quantities. We also seek suppliers who can provide information on lead time, monthly supply capacity, and shipping terms such as FOB (Free on Board) or CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
