We specialize in supplying 1500 MT of high-quality PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) Flakes, both hot and cold washed, available for worldwide delivery. Our PET flakes are packaged securely in big bags and ready for shipment from Felixstowe Sea Port. We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) as our payment term and offer flexible shipping terms, including FOB (Freight on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight), EXW (Ex Works), and CFR (Cost and Freight).

Our PET Flakes come in different types to suit your specific needs:
• Hot Washed Natural Color PET Flakes: These PET flakes contain less than 500 ppm of PVC and less than 100 ppm of labels and other impurities. The particle size is 8-12 mm with an IV of 0.6-0.71 mm, moisture content below 2%, and a melting point of 250 degrees Celsius. They are available in 25 kg bags, super sacks, or jumbo bags, depending on the origin.

• Cold Washed Clear Natural PET Flakes: These PET flakes have an average PVC contamination per container below 200 ppm and a maximum of 600 ppm per bag. Labels and other impurities are approximately 200 ppm. The particle size is 8-12 mm with moisture content below 2% and a melting point of 250 degrees Celsius. They are also packed in 25 kg bags, super sacks, or jumbo bags.

• Clear Natural Unwashed PET Flakes: These PET flakes have an average PVC contamination per container below 200 ppm and a maximum of 600 ppm per bag. The particle size is 8-12 mm, moisture content is below 2%, and the melting point is 250 degrees Celsius. Packaging options include 25 kg bags, super sacks, or jumbo bags.

• Green Natural Hot Washed PET Flakes: These are 100% PET green color flakes with 0% PVC and less than 100 ppm of labels and other impurities. The particle size is 8-12 mm with an IV of 0.6-0.71 mm, moisture content below 2%, and a melting point of 250 degrees Celsius. They are available in 25 kg bags, super sacks, or jumbo bags.

Our PET flakes are flexible and can be used to manufacture lower-grade products like carpets. For food-grade plastics, the PET flakes can be hydrolyzed down to monomers, purified, and then re-polymerized to make new PET.
