The use of bio-degradable plastics is increasing. If some of these get mixed in the other plastics for recycling, the recycled plastic is less valuable.Can anyone tell the difference between these two?  

 Anyway these wastes you have mentioned above are recyclable wastes. If they were non-degradable plastics, the situation would have been worse. Is there any difficulty in recycling paper?
