Tips to avoid cheaters who provide good quality sample but substandard shipments

In our forum section at recycleinME, I have come across most of the postings which were complaints about the companies such as Texamet Recycling,LLC(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/255.aspx), Bestchem Zhengzhou Imp & Exp Co(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/5.aspx), Luohe Katong Industrial Co(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/275.aspx), Minhas Trading company and Reos company, Ltd(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/114.aspx) , AP Wood & Rubber Products LLC and Broadway Trading(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/288.aspx), APC Recycling(http://recycleinme.com/community/forums/t/233.aspx) for shipping very bad quality or sub-standard material.

We strongly suggest exporting or importing scrap only after having third party verification. The verification can include inspection, testing, certification verification etc to ensure that products, services & systems meet quality, safety requirements. Verification can be done with the assistance of the standard companies such as SGS, CCIC, LLOYD, Bureau Veritas, etc. So that we can get rid of the cheaters who provide good quality sample but substandard shipments.

    Best Regards

Pyan.. You are right and thanks for the tips. its greed that drives the market into the gutter. The sellers are desperate and they promise any quality and impractical price. The buyers are greedy and negotiate till they think they have the seller at hook. Buyers want HMS1 at $120 when the selling price is 210+ . So they land up with Nigerian or Sierra Leone Cheaters paying a hefty advance. Then they complain about quality, delivery etc. Also the buyers do not follow standard procedures.. they neither inspect the scrap by themselves or by any third party eventually landing with low quality materials or less quantity..
