Please beware of this Company and its CEO, recently I have ordered Scrap Batteries from them (thru RIM), and they send the containers with only 2 tons of rubbish, not a single battery inside, and the rest of the containers did not arrive/ not delivered, they have furnish with loading photos, shipping company's documentations, when check with shipping companies(Maersk Line) they did ordered for the containers, with booking documents and delivered to shipping yard, with full documentations but inside was filled rubbish, so when we found out about this we tried to stop him from delivering to our port, instead he change the destination and con some Indian parties in India, I hereby would appreciate if anybody has any experience in this issue how to Report them and bring them to justice, please kindly advise.

I have send you the proof of Documentations starting from the first shipment of 2 containers which has arrived in HK with rubbish inside not a single battery with proof from International Surveyor's Report upon opening of the containers,  Loading Photos, BLs, TT Receipts, from 1st container to the end of transaction. Please kindly Help me out of this matter, your help is very much appreciated and please kindly advise on the next course what to do.
