Yes, absolutely, Nick is a scamer. He defrauded people by taking deposit. Everyone in this recycled inductry in the US knows he is a crook.

I have been chasing him for two years. He will be soon caught! He is a shame on Amercia.

His main victim is Asian people. For Asian people trust American more, that is why he defrauded so many people in Asia.

Planet Polymer still owed my company US$17,000.00 till now. The money is for an order placed in April 2008, and we've received NOTHING from Nick...no refund, no goods, no response. And I'd say Nick IS A BIG LIAR and YES, PLANET POLYMERS IS A FRAUD COMPANY! Besides, Nick is not his real name, his real name should be NARESH KIREALANI.

The truth is that we've asked a collection company to collect the deposit for us, but Nick is so good at cheating, there's still no progress. My name is Francis Poon from Francofil Co. Ltd. in Hong Kong. We also have same fraud experience from Planet Polymer. We paid deposit to Planet Polymer in late January but have not received any loading information. Nick replied us that the loading of container would be arranged and asked us to book the shipment for him. Both we and the shipping line called him many times but every time the telephone was re-directed to voice mail and he never gave us or the shipping line a call back. We are still trying to get our deposit back.

We have already contacted Hong Kong Police Force and were asked to forward all the correspondence and supporting document to them.

We for sure will join with other companies to have a join legal action against this company and have asked our friend in US consulting lawyer for the legal action. Please contact us on francofil.hk@gmail.com.

My name is Wayne Speirs from Martogg & Company in Melbourne, Australia. Unfortunately it would appear that we have suffered the same fraud experience from Planet Polymers as you have. We sent US$20,000 in early Jan 09 to them as a deposit on some goods and they have since stopped responding to our emails etc. We will not rest until we they are brought to account for their activities. Would you like to join us in a concerted effort against them? Are there any other companies that would also like to join in on legal action against this company? We have received several complaints from our members regarding the company that you have mentioned. A complaint about this company was filed at RecycleinME from the two members of RIM namely Jasmine Ooi and Noaman Alam of Schion International and we have dealt with this issue according to the RIM policies. This spam company is now moved to the suspicious lists.

Here is more information based on the complaints from our members:

Jasmine Ooi of DHR trading and services Pte Ltd, Singapore had a business deal with Planet Polymers which was dropped in the middle for some reason. Then “Planet Polymers” has acknowledged to refund deposit payment of USD $16500 to DHR trading which is never done till date.

Noaman Alam of Schion International also dealt with Planet Polymers. Planet Polymers have sent some goods to Schion International but the weight of the goods is less and not as per the deal. Planet Polymers had agreed to refund the balance amount calculating the reduced weight of the shipped material. This is also not settled till date.

When we contacted Planet Polymers about this issue through emails, at first they agreed to refund the money but they haven’t done it. When we reminded them they haven’t responded properly. So we have moved this company to our suspicious list.

You can see the evidence below to know the actions taken from RecycleinME side. Kindly notify us with such kinda frauds so that we can take necessary actions.

Please note that this company Schion International filed a complaint for weight difference based on a Pakistani weighing scale, and they did not provide us with a calibration certificate, whereas, the weight ticket that we have provided with the shipping documents is a calibrated weighing scale. So how do you support his complaint ?

You have quite apparently, played, judge and jury in this case and decided for yourself that they are right, so we do think that your web portal is not a fair and honest organization.

We had an order for 3 containers and duly shipped the material in good order and condition. The economic turmoil and the availability of foreign exchange in Pakistan is well know to the world and the IMF. Pakistan's political situation internal and external is also well known to the world. It would be foolish for anyone to ship to Pakistan without being fully secured. Under these circumstances, we consider this a black mail attempt by a Pakistani company to force us to ship more materials. FYI - we ship about 10 containers a month of the very same material that this customer ordered, and this is the only customer that has filed a complaint, and used it to blackmail us.

We will spare no effort to shut this blackmailing company down through the authorities. We are also reporting this blackmail activity to all other business boards so that these individuals should not be allowed to cheat other companies with their tricks.

but Mr Nick declined completely.

Is it a fraud comapany "PLANET POLYMERS" ?

When I was using your site I stumbled upon a posting that mentioned a company called SUN WING HING TRADING CO. LTD which was cheated by PLANET POLYMERS and had lost around US$ 20000 with out receiving the commodity. What kind of action was taken by RecycleinME against this fraud? How are scams filtered in RecycleinME?
