Please beware of this Company and its CEO, recently I have ordered Scrap Batteries from them (thru RIM), and they send the containers with only 2 tons of rubbish, not a single battery inside, and the rest of the containers did not arrive/ not delivered, they have furnish with loading photos, shipping company's documentations, when check with shipping companies(Maersk Line) they did ordered for the containers, with booking documents and delivered to shipping yard, with full documentations but inside was filled rubbish, so when we found out about this we tried to stop him from delivering to our port, instead he change the destination and con some Indian parties in India, I hereby would appreciate if anybody has any experience in this issue how to Report them and bring them to justice, please kindly advise.

These bastards will try to sell you substandard goods on the pretext that they scrap business is always inconsistent when it comes to quality. But they insist on charging very high prices.

Initially had a deal with them for 20 containers of mixed bottle scrap to Philippines but they could not deliver all in one go, so broke the delivery into 4-8 containers a BL.

First BL. 4 containers paid 50% and they shipped, showed us the draft BL. Then upon paying them remaining 50% of fund for this whole shipment, they refused to release the BL, further extorting us for full payment of another 6 containers which is to be shipped on the next BL.

Upon paying them the 50% of deposit upon good faith, the other materials ordered earlier as samples arrived and was dirty and had oil leak in them. These were supposed to be consumer grade milk and beverage bottles but there was motor oil spill in them.

We complained and wanted to claim on these losses. But they instead FORFEITED OUR DEPOSIT on the pretext that we canceled their order and they had to divert our goods and sell them cheaper in China. All this bullshit is unacceptable.

Guys, if you are buying scrap. Don't ever go near MONOWORLD RECYCLING LTD. Dhan and Nick Rupella are both crooks of the scrap industry!

We have TT Payment slip to back up our claims. MONOWORD? STAY AWAY!!!

Be aware of Mr Sydney Nicholas known as Sid former director of Plastic Recycling International ltd, currently working for/with 7Tek Ltd.

We have agreed with Mr Sidney Nicholas to buy from 2x40’ Containers. He requested us to pay 20% deposit into his company’s account so he can start processing the material and then load the material with ten days. Unfortunately, he never did. We were surprised to find that the company (PRI) was in liquidation.

After demanding him to return the money, he promised us to pay back the money but never did. He stopped answering the phones and emails.

He is still in the same business. He might be using different names therefore, be aware of him.

We strongly suggest exporting or importing scrap only after having third party verification. The verification can include inspection, testing, certification verification etc to ensure that products, services & systems meet quality, safety requirements. Verification can be done with the assistance of the standard companies such as SGS, CCIC, LLOYD, Bureau Veritas, etc. So that we can get rid of the cheaters who provide good quality sample but substandard shipments.

I had been worked for this company for 1 month. During my work at Fuan, One of my customer from Turkey wanted to place an order with me for copy stamford alternators with total amount 210,000 usd. Wang lingguang said , "ok, we can do the order." But he talked with his general manager that they wanted to use inferior quality to produce this order for big profit, he said to his boss that , we just did the goods with the same appearance , and used not pure copper wires to produce. and at the factory , they didnot have any technology engineer can make the goods. That amazed me , then I told my customer about that , then my customer canceled the order. and I said to manager , i want to quit the job. Then This company and Manager Wang Lingguang is very angry on me , and didnot pay me any salary .
