DON'T buy any product from them. We bought ZnO 99,5% and they sent us 9 - 14% ZnO. We made analysis in 3 different countries 6 laboratories and all results are same. We offered them to pay all related costs and deliver back the materials. They did not accept. Because their aim was to cheat us.  Please don't buy any single product from them. This is a friendly WARNING.

Considering it came from China, I'm guessing it was really cheap. You have to watch out for cheap prices. Some things are too good to be true, and usually they aren't true.

Chinese products have been in the limelight recently, with those formalin and other toxic chemicals in pet food. Some  metallurgical  companies may indeed try to pass sub-quality materials. Aren't there some trade agreements or laws that protects buyers from this kind of stuff?

I have never bought anything from China, but we are busy looking at exporting nickle to three different companies there. What we are looking at getting in place is a local office with our own personell, as well as a local law office whom we can use for all over deals.

 The culture difference is huge and it is important to view new business partners with caution, until a trusted relationship is created.

That would be most prudent. Traditionally, the mainland Chinese has tend to look at westerners as "barbarians" and, although, they are great businessmen, especially among those who understands them, unwary persons maybe subjected to double standards. The best thing to do first is establish a relationship based on trust and mutual understanding. :)

 I somewhat agree with you. However, the USA always purchases stuff from china that is like 90% more expensive in China then USA. USA is lucky we have them :P, without em we'd be paying a lot for our stuff. Anyways thanks for the heads up, i'll stay away from this company.
