I have been doing research on tyre recycling, and I believe there is a market for me in my local community. But there are many stories of equipment sold that does not withstand the hard requirements of processing tyres.  What are your intended end products? I know several tire recyclers who makes them into pots and benches and only use rudimentary tools like sharp knives and pliers. Of course, this may not be what you have in mind. :)
