After contacting a friend of mine who is friends with an FBI agent, he said there is "no such animal about making a statement on the Internet, whether true or false". I hope that you have copies of all your communications because in that case you would have a copy of your e.mail to your supplier asking for a $50m/t discount for the 70/30 that you sold as 95/5 you would also have a copy of your supliers e.mail that shows that this was not the first time you misrepresented materials they sold you.
