I don;t think that it is tortuous remarks when you knowingly send 70/30 and receive a large discount then sell it our company as 95/5 you knew this well before the containers arrived at my customers plant the supplier even requested you to return the container if you were;t happy but you chose to keep it quite and also when you purchase material at 10% dirt content as you admitted and sell it at 5% dirt content I think that is also misrepresentation. you also lied on the worldscrap website when you stated that yopu did not receive the samples with the dirt analysis as I said I have the Fedex tracking document and your e.mails (Recieved the samples these are ***.)so good luck with your law suite. Well Let's keep this dialogue up. There is NO filing of any lawsuit as of April 5, 2009. The limitations are up on the 7th of April, 2009. So in order for you make good on your promise to sue Texamet, you have 48 hours to ' git er dun'. We welcome your filing. Bring proof that the dirt content was more than 10%. Bring proof that the material was not 95/5. Bring your materials with you to court and prove they came from the same container that was shipped.

If Texamet Sold you, G & R Industries, then why did you sell the material under your other company name?  Seems to us that the other company should be suing Texamet. What were you trying to hide by buying under one company and selling the same material under your othercomapny? Are you SURE that the right company is suing Texamet? Be well assured that either way, you are not telling the truth, there is NO merit in your case. Texamet shipped exactly what it bought and you purchased. What did you sell the alleged 70/30 for?
